DeepSea 6110 digital control system (standard) including a locally mounted NEMA 4 interconnect enclosure with a hinged locking door. The engine controls & monitoring system is integrally mounted in the enclosure for exterior viewing as a CAN-Bus interface, SAE J1939 display for viewing all available engine & alternator operating data in real-time.
The local operator’s control panel shall provide intuitive viewing of operating run data as well as additional sensor feedback information.
System data include:
- Engine RPM
- Engine Hours
- Engine coolant temperature
- Engine oil pressure
- Engine load
- Voltage Meter
- Amp Meter
- Frequency Voltage
- Fuel Level
- System Error message text (SPN/FMI)
Other operator controls include-
- Engine “OFF / RUN / START” switch
- Engine throttle control (Maintenance mode/Run Mode)
- Engine “EMERGENCY KILL” switch
- System “FAULT” indicating LED (RED)
- Control Power “OFF / ON” switch
